Insulating varnish for gypsum
Algoplen №. 2 lacquer is used to insulate the gypsum model from acrylic plastic in order to prevent diffusion of the monomer into the gypsum and splice plastics with gypsum.
Lacquer can be used alone and in combination with Algoplen №. 1
Composition and main characteristic
Algoplen is a system of two varnishes on a water basis.
The second coating of Algoplen №. 2 is an aqueous solution of sodium salt of alginic acid, optimized for concentration and viscosity.
The combination of lacquers Algoplen No. 1 and №. 2 allows to obtain a quick-drying coating, which has good insulating properties from monomer and water.
