  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the product’s weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method.
  • Large, fragile, heavy, or specialized medical and dental equipment may require dedicated freight or special handling, resulting in different shipping charges and delivery timelines.
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation unless otherwise stated.
  • Estimated delivery times are:
    • Major Cities: 2–5 business days
    • Remote Areas: 4–10 business days
    • Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Terms & Conditions
  • Shipping costs displayed at checkout are estimates and may be adjusted for oversized or special-order items. Customers will be notified before dispatch if additional charges apply.
  • Shipping charges may vary according to the size, weight, dimensions, packaging requirements, fragility, and type of product ordered.
  • Certain medical and dental equipment may require specialized packaging, insurance, or freight services, which may result in additional shipping costs.
  • Orders will only be dispatched after successful payment verification unless a credit arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Forcare shall not be liable for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided. Customers are requested to inspect all packages upon receipt and report any visible damage within 24 hours.
  • Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.
  • Forcare reserves the right to select the most appropriate shipping carrier and delivery method unless a specific shipping option has been agreed upon.
  • Split shipments may be made when products are available from different warehouses or when items require separate packaging. Additional shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated in advance.
  • Orders requiring special import arrangements, regulatory clearance, or backordered items may have extended delivery times. Customers will be informed of any expected delays.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except where required by applicable law or due to an error on our part.
  • Customers must ensure that an authorized person is available to receive the shipment. Additional courier charges resulting from failed delivery attempts may be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Free shipping promotions, where applicable, are subject to minimum order values, eligible products, and delivery locations, and may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.
  • For international shipments (where applicable), customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import permits, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise agreed in writing.
